Desired Qualification:

• Passion & Drive towards Zero harm / Injury, - Perform Incident / accident investigations -RCA , POKA YOKA systems and engineering controls.
• EHS excellence and compliance - sound knowledge.
• Drive safety positive culture through Behavior based safety (BBS) Safety kaizens , positive appreciation and problem solving approach.
• Liosining with Regulatory bodies like KSPCB, CPCB , FIRE dept. Dept of factories and boilers and other govt bodies.
• conduct internal & external audits and mitigate the risk by implementing controls.
• Lead safety meetings, Work permit system adherence, and Industrial hygiene practice
• Lead EHS awareness training internally / externally
• Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with Candor, contributes constructively. 
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, willing to work closely with key EHS customers at the site operation level.
• Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn., adopt and excel
• Requires strong interpersonal and oral/written skills.

Education Qualifications:
•    Engineering degree in  Mechanical Engineering, / Chemical, /Environmental or related discipline in EHS with a minimum of 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing / service & project activities
•    Experienced and ensure compliance with with Indian / Global EHS Regulations./ ISO standards 14K , 45 K, OHS requirements and other related standards.
