Summary: As an Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, and designing user-friendly applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design user-friendly applications. -Owning the end-to-end development process and deliverables from a design and technical perspective -· Work closely with business teams to develop campaign strategy, use cases, and technical requirements. -· Presenting work to peers, product teams and executive leadership -· Develop high quality scalable and maintainable solutions. -· Partnering with program and product managers to appropriately identify and assess features for future product offerings - Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications. - Ensure that the design meets user requirements and is consistent with the company's brand guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in user experience (UX) design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Product Development Management,, ,Experience in User Experience (UX) Design - Good To Have Skills: mockups. Prototyping, wireframing, user flows - Experience in designing user-friendly applications. - Strong understanding of user requirements and business process requirements. - Experience in developing and maintaining design wireframes, mockups, and specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Product Development Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
