Werkstudent Transaction Management – Amsterdam Zuidas (2-3 dagen p/w)

Ben jij bezig met je Bachelor of Masteropleiding en wil jij de wereld van commercieel vastgoed van binnenuit leren kennen bij een wereldleider in de branche? Vanuit ons kantoor op de Zuidas in Amsterdam adviseren wij onze klanten – van tech startups tot wereldwijde ondernemingen – bij al hun vastgoedvraagstukken. Voor ons Transaction Management team zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze werkstudent die ons komt versterken.

Jouw rol als Werkstudent Transaction Management

Als werkstudent draai je volledig mee in ons Transaction Management team. Je ondersteunt onze ervaren adviseurs bij complexe aan- en verhuurtransacties voor kantoorruimtes. Dit is geen meeloopstage; je levert een actieve bijdrage en krijgt direct verantwoordelijkheid. Je takenpakket is divers en uitdagend:

• Je verricht marktonderzoek en analyseert vastgoeddata (huurprijzen, leegstand, recente deals).
• Je maakt financiële analyses en cashflow-modellen in Excel om verschillende scenario’s te beoordelen.
• Je brengt marktgegevens in kaart.
• Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en beheren van contracten en andere juridische documentatie.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken een talent dat leergierig is en een passie heeft voor de vastgoedsector. Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en niet bang om initiatief te nemen.

• Je bent een 3e- of 4e-jaars HBO- of WO-student, bij voorkeur in een richting als Vastgoedkunde, Finance, (Bedrijfs)economie of Rechten.
• Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en een uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Office, met name Excel en PowerPoint.
• Je bent proactief, kunt goed zelfstandig werken en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.
• Je communicatieve vaardigheden zijn sterk en je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vloeiend, zowel in woord als geschrift.
• Je bent 2 tot 3 dagen per week beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar.
