We are seeking a driven, curious and solution-oriented IT Business Analyst to support the growing demand for digital transformation initiatives across our corporate functions. This role will be instrumental in delivering impactful projects leveraging technologies such as, but not limited to, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from HR, Communications, Legal, and other corporate functions to understand and analyze business needs, design solutions, and develop functional specifications.  translate them into technical requirements and help implement scalable, user-centric solutions.

Your role

• As a member of the Applications Delivery – Shared Services India team, you will be responsible for:
• Partnering with business units and corporate functions to gather and analyze requirements for new and evolving IT solutions
• Designing and documenting business requirements, processes, workflows, and system specifications
• Leading or supporting the implementation of solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies
• Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and change management activities
• Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards
• Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Develop and test solutions in collaboration with power users
• Coordinate and provide support to business users during Unit Acceptance Testing
• Identify and document application integration requirements
• Document, propose, and optimize application configurations to provide the best usability and information availability. 

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Proven 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
