Gasoxmed is a part of Air Liquide Company with 20 years of experience in Home Respiratory Care in Portugal. Provides services in Oxygenotherapy, Ventilotherapy, Aerosoltherapy.

 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

 

Poderá crescer e desenvolver-se connosco através do contacto ao paciente através de email e telefone, assim como o desempenhado de tarefas administrativas inerentes à função.

 

Nesta posição, terá como responsabilidades:

-atendimento de chamadas inbound e outbound;

-agendamento de intervenções clinicas;

-acompanhamento ao paciente via telefone e email

- apoio à gestão de serviços e planeamento, com agendamento de visitas domiciliárias

 

Are you a Match?

 

Será o candidato que procuramos, se cumprir os seguintes requisitos:

-12ºano ou equivalente;

-experiência anterior em funções de contact center ou em atendimento ao cliente

-conhecimentos de SAP e SalesForce (preferencial)

-conhecimentos de inglês

A função é realizada em regime de part time de segunda a sexta feira entre as 16h e as 20h.
