About the role:

Responsible for sales strategy, execution and business unit (BU) interlock for FIS product / services. Responsibilities include regular BU road to home and pipeline reporting, BU collaboration and GTM alignment, sales enablement, deal qualification / progression, and sales innovation. Product specialists are responsible for the delivery of the BU sales number and will leverage their client, industry and product expertise to energize, motivate and enable the broader sales teams to successfully meet product sales and pipeline generation objectives.

What you will be doing:

Sales Engagement

  • Managing the distribution of the product through the North American Payments, Sales. Supporting sales activity including attending meetings, qualifying deals, training sellers, presenting trends to C-suite.

Business Unit Engagement

  • Responsible for the interlock and engagement with the aligned Business Unit.
  • Regular road to home reporting and pipeline generation reporting to stakeholders within the business unit.
  • Ensuring alignment on target markets and strategy.

Solutions Management

  • Ensures products meet target market needs
  • Influences roadmap
  • Ensures alignment on market positioning / appetite

Marketing

  • Support the development of messaging and positioning. Agree campaign strategy and focus.
  • Review lead generation from campaign/events, and support the qualification process

GTM

  • Collaborate with the Growth Office Transformation and Acceleration team to prioritize and formulate complete GTM plan
  • Support relevant product launches, define the addressable market(s) where applicable.

Sales Engineering

  • Bring in presales after qualifying key opportunities ensure smooth transition of opportunities

What you will need:

  • 10+ years product / industry experience
  • 5+ years selling experience
  • Strong grasp of competitive landscape
  • Deep relationships within key institutions in the industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven C-level engagement experience
  • Ability to create and shape market facing messaging and positioning.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
