Roles / Responsibilities

 

This role would be responsible for web development projects from conceptualization to implementation. Define solution architecture and elaborate on business benefits and return of investment.

 

Required Skills / Experience

 

Project Management

  • Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in project and people management with overall 15+ years of experience in IT.

·        Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

·        Team Management: Effectively manage project teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure optimal performance, collaboration, and motivation.

·        Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering transparent and proactive communication to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

·        Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, employing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and deviations from project goals.

·        Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and performance optimization strategies, to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions.

·        Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology assets, to optimize project outcomes and maximize ROI.

·        Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices, technology frameworks, and team capabilities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall project success.

 

Technical

  • Strong experience in .NET technologies (.NET Core) and Angular/React

·        Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

·        Strong knowledge of Microservices and Service Oriented Architectures

  • Good knowledge of cloud platform (preferably Microsoft Azure)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services like Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Registry, Service Bus, App Service, Azure Function, Azure SQL, No SQL, Azure Storage etc
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD using Azure DevOps (or similar tool) and Git

·        Leverage in-depth knowledge of .NET Core, React, Angular, Azure, Microservices architecture, Azure DevOps, Code Review processes, and Application Performance optimization to drive technical excellence and innovation within projects.

  • Abreast of the latest technology trends; knowledge of AI/ML will be a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Tax/Audit, IRS will be a big plus.

Desired Skills

 

  • Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.

·        Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders, teams, and technologies.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to inspire trust, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Exposure to Docker Container/Container Registry/Kubernetes/Service Bus
