Responsibilities:

• Goods receipt in SAP
• Create purchase orders for local converting considering future sales forecast, current inventory level and promotional requirements
• Organizing and active participation on the monthly S&OP and consensus meetings; set-up and maintenance of sales forecast in IBP for all customers
• Master Data Maintenance in SAP (e.g. MRP data, info record, source list, packaging material weights and type material
• Managing the inbound transportation to 3PL warehouse and inform the 3PL about the inbound shipments
• Inbound complaints handling – difference in deliveries, damaged goods
• Other tasks related to demand responsibilities (e.g. Stock / SLOB management, SC KPIs)
• Pallet management
• Intrastat reporting

Qualifications:

• University, high school or equivalent
• English advanced written and oral
• MS Office (excel high proficiency)
