We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic Talent team, focusing on hiring for our Technology vertical. This role will specialize in recruiting for technology and engineering skills liaising with senior leadership to lead recruitment for this critical business unit.

What you’ll be working on

  • Hiring partnership: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to grasp business needs, develop effective resourcing plans, and recruit for roles at all levels.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment— from vacancy planning and market strategy to candidate selection, offer management, and engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • Applicant Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate efficient candidate and vacancy management.
  • Use data insights to create recruitment strategies and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives Identify and lead on global recruitment improvement projects, using technology, data and innovative tools

What we expect from you

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hiring for technical and engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, ideally in an in-house or agency environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organisation abilities with keen attention to details
  • Proactive recruitment experience with advanced skills in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Job portals
  • Demonstrable experience maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.

Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for candidate experience.
  • Analytical attitude with a focus on data-driven decision-making and recruitment strategy optimisation.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on multiple skillset
