ABOUT THE POSITION:
Location: Chile (office is based in Santiago, Chile)
The candidate must have a strong sales aptitude and a track record of sales performance - winning new customers and building a healthy sales pipeline with experience in selling Enterprise class SaaS solutions into the Renewable Energy sector. Must possess strong communication skills, relevant Asset Performance Management technical skills, sales engineering background, and ability to work autonomously as well as with multi-disciplinary teams spread over diverse geographic regions and time zones. This role requires customer interaction at multiple disciplines and levels, as well as coordination & interaction at multiple levels within Fluence Energy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for new order booking for the Fluence Digital business in the Latin American region with primary focus on Nispera, Fluence Digital’s Asset Performance Management platform.
•Own relationships with key accounts active in region, including investor-owned utilities, retailers, and independent power producers, from initial contacts through ongoing utilization of our products.
•Manage proposals and lead overall proposal activities for customers' Requests for Proposal. Lead internal teams in understanding the customer RFP requirements, the competition, and responsible and leading the sales strategy to close and win these opportunities.
•Track customers’ readiness to engage Fluence Digital; maintain accurate records in Fluence Digital’s customer relationship management system
•Work closely and collaboratively with Product Managers and Marketing to create and maintain sales collateral (e.g., presentations, proposals, sell sheets, training, RFP and other tender documents, etc.) that resonate with our customer and prospects.
•Track maturation of Fluence Digital’s competitive environment to inform Fluence Digital positioning, product offering, and go-to-market strategies.
•Summarize customer’s technical perspective to assist Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology to understand the voice of the customer, the users’ perspectives, and the problems they seek to solve.
•This position will be based in the Latan America, preferable, Santiago, Chile, and will report to the VP Fluence Digital - Americas.
