What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.
What are we looking for? Education Qualification: Graduation •Total Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years •Total Years of Role Specific Experience: 2yrs •Verbal Communication : Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation " Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails •Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions." •Customer Service Skills: High •MS Office: Proficient •Email Writing Skills: Excellent Written communication Skills •Application Knowledge: "Contingent Workforce Vendor Management Systems (VMS) (most commonly SAP Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Vndly, Beeline) Preference for Beeline experience" • "Must Have Experience within Contingent Workforce space in areas like Vendor/Supplier Management inside or outside of VMS systems; Requisition/Work Order/Assignment Support within VMS systems Nice-to-Have Timesheet/Invoice Support within VMS systems"
Roles and Responsibilities: •"Contingent Workforce Management Admin to support our Contingent Workforce Support Team. The ideal candidate will assist in the front-end creation of requisitions in the Vendor Management System (VMS), digitally screening resumes/CVs that are submitted by the suppliers, and corresponding with suppliers as needed. The ideal candidate will also need to ensure smooth coordination, compliance at all times, and timely communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers alike. Other duties may include: -Ensuring requisition details are complete and correct to avoid downstream (assignment/work order) errors -Supporting suppliers in submitting resumes/CVs in a timely manner -Screening and shortlisting resumes/CVs in a timely manner according to requisition requirements and notes from intake -Assisting with generating reports as needed -Assisting with supplier questions as needed -Assisting with actions as needed to ensure vendors receive payments (e.g. checking vendor profiles, checking invoice statuses, routing queries to appropriate groups as needed, etc)"
