Key Responsibilities
Provides marketing support for product promotions and marketing campaigns including, but not limited to:
Developing and pitching presentations
Writing, proofreading, and editing collateral
Maintaining and amplifying the business’ digital presence
Crafting and managing social media campaigns
Client event support
Managing and allocating 3rd party sponsorships
Leads a segment of client relationships, from pitch to execution.
Partners with clients to design and execute co-marketing campaigns aligned with internal and client business objectives.
Works with external agencies and vendors, as well as internal teams, to execute marketing programs.
Monitors marketing campaign metrics against plan, implementing course corrections as necessary, while analyzing and reporting on campaign results, including recommendations to improve future initiatives.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience; strong preference toward financial services experience.
Prior experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Knak, Monday.com, Power BI, and/or Drupal.
Strong interpersonal skills, clear communicator, and comfort operating in collaborative, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
This position will be located in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
