You will be a part of a team that implements processes, reviews policies and increases awareness of Compliance and Patient Privacy Rights.

Senior Compliance Associate - Corporate Compliance

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and tracking provider applications with government payors for the NYP enterprise.  You will oversee and confirm the accuracy and completeness of applications prior to submission.  Lead the effort to ensure that applications stay on track for submission and revalidation by maintaining the application tracking system.  You'll manage all dashboards used to report statistics to stakeholders.  In addition, maintain passcodes and logins for application portals.  Lead the development and documentation of training materials for provider application staff.

This is a full time day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree. Years of experience in a specialty area can be substituted for degree requirements

Required Criteria

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years experience in healthcare compliance, finance or medical provider administration setting
  • Exposure to Medicare and Medicaid application process
  • Exposure to project management techniques
  • High level of analytical, written, & oral communication skills with the ability to negotiate sensitive issues when needed

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
