Summary: The Senior Manager, Pricing, plays a critical role in optimizing and managing pricing processes, and team performance to support organizational growth and operational excellence. This leader will drive efficiency, improve quality, and ensure the pricing team aligns with Onbe's strategic goals. With a focus on metrics, efficiency, and collaboration, the Senior Manager will streamline pricing operations, create a culture of accountability, and deliver consistent, high-impact results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the pricing team to foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and high-quality output including coaching, development and oversight of the team’s overall performance.
  • Own operational support, oversight, and process improvements to streamline workflows and align efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align pricing models with business objectives, revenue goals, and customer value propositions. Drive automation, process documentation, and operational improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide operational support on complex pricing opportunities to maximize profitability and market positioning.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements, reporting actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Actively report on key projects, pain points, and progress against targets to ensure transparency and secure cross-functional support.
  • Ensure pricing strategies remain customer-focused and competitive by collaborating with GTM and Product teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+  years of experience in a leadership role; 7+ years of experience in pricing or a related role, with strong expertise in automation, strategic pricing, and complex deal management.
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to strategically address function needs and performance standards.
  • Proven ability to autonomously perform and prioritize duties, with a significant focus on strategy and project management.
  • Recognized expertise in pricing, with the ability to influence cross-functional strategy and lead high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to manage multiple complex competing priorities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate critical insights that shape strategic decisions and build collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Demonstrates a high level of executive presence and emotional intelligence in all interactions.

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $134,280 to $157,500 with eligibility for an annual bonus. This position is targeted to be based in one of our Hub locations (Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas).
