Summary: As a Junior JD Edwards CNC Administrator with 2 years of experience, daily administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical environment. You will perform basic CNC tasks independently, support senior team members on complex issues, and contribute to system stability, package deployments, and routine upgrades. Roles & Responsibilities: • Perform basic CNC administration tasks such as user setup, security changes, and environment maintenance. • Assist in the installation and configuration of JDE EnterpriseOne environments, path codes, and deployment servers. • Support full and Update package builds and deployments. • Monitor Enterprise, HTML (JAS), and database servers for uptime and performance. • Help manage job queues, batch jobs (UBEs), and troubleshoot related issues. • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and support a 24x7 operations model. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in basic Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC) administration tasks. • Understanding of JDE E1 architecture, including Enterprise Server, HTML Server, and Deployment Server. • Hands-on experience with package builds, deployments, and basic security administration. • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2) and ability to run SQL queries. • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). • Ability to follow SOPs, work within a change management framework, and maintain documentation. Additional Information: • The candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in JD Edwards CNC administration or ERP technical support. • This position is based at our Pune office. • 15 years of full-time education is required.
