Having just won Campaign Brief’s Media Agency of the Year, we are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Manager with our awesome team in Perth. 

The role: 

As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day client relationships and lead the delivery of high-quality, integrated media solutions across your portfolio. 

Working closely with the Client Director, you’ll lead campaign responses, oversee execution end-to-end and ensure strong commercial performance across your accounts. You’ll also play a key role in developing junior talent, setting team standards and driving operational excellence. 

Core responsibilities: 

  • Own client relationships, acting as the primary contact for campaign delivery and operational excellence 

  • Lead brief responses and media planning, delivering strategic, insight-led recommendations 

  • Develop media plans across traditional and digital channels aligned to client objectives  

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables 

  • Support the Client Director in managing the commercial health of accounts, including resource utilisation, forecasting and fee reconciliation 

  • Lead, coach and develop the Client Executive and Client Associate, building capability and accountability 

A bit about you: 

  • Strong client management experience with confidence leading conversations and presentations 

  • Strong media knowledge across both traditional and digital media 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective media plans 

  • Experience managing budgets, scopes and supporting growth opportunities 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turning insights into action 

  • High attention to detail ensuring budgets and reconciliations are managed with precision  

  • A collaborative leader who develops and motivates teams while maintaining high standards 

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients and competing priorities 

Experience & Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a media agency environment, or like-minded organisation 

  • Proven track record delivering integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels 

  • Experience managing and developing junior team members 

  • Strong understanding of media tools such as SMD, Nielsen, OzTAM and Roy Morgan 

  • Experience working with government clients or compliance frameworks is highly regarded
