Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Actimize. Your typical day will involve working with Actimize, Java Standard Edition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with Symphony AI NetReveal 8.x (preferably 8.4)
- Knowledge of:
- AML transaction monitoring
- Sanctions screening / watchlist management
- Customer risk scoring / CDD
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Actimize.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Experience in Actimize.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java Standard Edition.
- Data & ETL: SQL, batch processing, data reconciliation
- Platform: Linux/Unix basics
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and developing complex software applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Actimize.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
