Key Responsibilities:

As a cloud architect you will be in charge of defining the architecture from scratch of the Cloud applications that will be used by millions of customers, following CTO guidelines and ensuring its delivery to Azure:

- Translate project requirements into enterprise-grade cloud architectures
- Ensure high levels of resiliency, security, availability patterns.
- Participate from the development to production, improving the solution in each phase.
- Engage with senior leadership and project stakeholders to articulate opportunities, costs, and risks associated with decisions made around the platform architecture and Implementation.
- Apply regulatory requirements (Banking, Data Privacy) to requirements and architecture.


Work Experience:
- 6+ years in software development projects
- 3 years as cloud architect with one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM…).


Education:
- Engineering degree or equivalent working experience. Certifications in Azure or AWS would be a plus.

Technical requirements:
- Expert knowledge of one cloud provider (Azure preferred, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge / awareness of Banking, Data Privacy regulations
- Good understanding of Cloud Native application design
- Knowledge of micro-service architecture patterns
- Knowledge of event driven architecture patterns is a Plus
- Certifications in Azure is mandatory.


Soft Skills:
- Good English Knowledge (Written and Spoken);
- Good Analytic and organization skills;
- Responsible and committed with objectives;
- Team Player.

Nice to Have:
- Spanish Language knowledge (Written and Spoken)
