Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Represent the company well and professionally at all times. Welcomes customers (internal and external) by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
• Liaison between Supply Chain internal and external customers
• May be asked to do special inventory and improvement projects
• Perform shipping/receiving and stockroom tasks as required
• Ability to maintain inventory integrity and participation in semi annual physical inventories and audits

This position requires:

• High energy, well-mannered, professional individual
• Strong customer service and ability to be flexible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office tools
• Inventory experience with attention to detail and quality
• Willing to learn new skills and expand range of responsibilities. 
• Available to work outside of regular business days and hours (8AM – 5PM) on occasion for key events
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations
