Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Reporting Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely data insights.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Analyze trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making.
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.
• Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Impact You'll Make:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
