Job Summary

This role is primarily responsible for leading three main responsibilities in the T&L Operations Team; 1. Lead the design and delivery of automation projects enabling the delivery of strategic T&L programs and initiatives. Be an automation subject matter expert for the wider T&L team to consult and collaborate with individuals and teams re-inventing how work in T&L gets done. 2. Manage the execution of the T&L procurement process and the tracking of T&L finances, including month end close process, reconciliations and quarterly close. 3. Participate in large global delivery projects, collaborating with cross-organizational teams, and enabling learning and development programs across all geographic regions.

The role primarily operates a consultant applying advanced automation and AI subject knowledge to enable T&L professionals deliver high value development to the wider organization.

Responsibilities

  • Leads multiple AI and automation projects and programs with the global T&L team on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
  • Manage the execution of the T&L procurement process for all T&L purchase orders, including vendor communications, invoice tracking and resolution of emerging procurement related issues.
  • Track T&L spend and financial transactions, including the month end close process, reconciliations and quarterly close.
  • Act as an Automation and AI Consultant to T&L Portfolio Leads to enable learning program deployment. Design, create and manage Operations delivery automations for priority program campaigns.
  • Play a key role as Work Architect helping T&L Team members re-invent how work gets done through the introduction of workflow transformations and AI Agents.
  • Educate team members on basic to intermediate level AI and automation tools.
  • Participate in global Technology stack projects such as the Cornerstone implementation.
  • Displays strong project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.
  • Stays up to date on current technology trends, provides thought leadership, and provides guidance, consulting and expertise for T&L project/program managers as well as throughout the T&L organization.
  • Partners closely with the People Organization HR Systems Team to ensure alignment of processes, and compliance will all AI and automations requirements including legal, cyber and privacy.
  • Develops and or assists with development of new methods and processes for improving program operations. Identifies, assesses, tracks and mitigates challenges and risks at multiple levels within the department.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Graduate Degree in software, AI or automation related discipline
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in automation, process improvement, finance, production planning, consulting, project management, or a related field.
