Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate or Senior Associate of Leasing & Forecasting to join our Asset Management team. This role will support portfolio-level leasing execution, forecasting, and cash flow analysis across Faropoint’s funds. The ideal candidate has experience modeling in Argus or Yardi Forecast Manager, analytically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across leasing, asset management, and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined leasing oversight, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Asset Management

• Support leasing approval and oversight in coordination with Asset Management and Leasing teams
• Conduct quarterly leasing reviews and performance analysis
• Manage relationships and performance tracking for leasing brokers
• Support AML (Anti Money Laundering) processes

Forecasting, Budgeting & Cash Flow

• Support the annual budget process in Forecast Manager
• Manage the Forecast Manager process and updates for leasing
• Provide daily Forecast Manager updates
• Prepare quarterly fund-level cash flow reporting to FP&A

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Monitor payments and support accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist with portfolio-level reporting across leasing and forecasting
• Coordinate with FP&A, Accounting, and Asset Management teams

Systems & Analytics: Work within Voyager 8, Deal Manager, and Forecast Manager (Yardi experience not required, but helpful)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience (Associate) or 3–6 years (Senior Associate)
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Yardi platforms preferred but not required
