Account Manager – Commercial Banking (Healthcare Sector)

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated Account Manager to support a portfolio of commercial clients.

You’ll work closely with a Relationship Executive and Analyst to deliver exceptional service and help clients manage their day-to-day banking needs. This role offers exposure to complex transactions and the opportunity to build your credit knowledge in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
 

Your Role
 

As a key member of the Deal Team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting client relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
 

What you will do

• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and assist with bank guarantee requests.
• Coordinate documentation for funding and provide transactional support.
• Conduct business reviews and contribute to credit submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Risk, Global Markets, Transaction Banking, and Asset Finance.
• Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Participate in service and sales activities such as client meetings and team debriefs.

What You will Bring

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service.
 

You will ideally have:

• Experience with complex lending or organisational structures.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical skills.
• Exposure to credit processes or a desire to develop in this area.
• Experience in managing / completing KYC for new customers.
• Experience in establishing transaction banking accounts
• Knowledge of the Personal Property Securities Act and facility documentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
