About the Role

To support the Market Conduct Compliance function in carrying out the activities and initiatives as per Annual Compliance Plan and ad hoc projects / assignments

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist and support the Market Conduct Compliance team in:

  • Analysis of intermediaries data to identify red flags of possible intermediary conduct risk.
  • Generate market conduct dashboard using Power BI for compliance monitoring and management reporting.
  • Monitor and follow up with the Business functions on the outstanding assessments / open action items and ensure it is completed appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support in coordinating discussion and meetings, including documenting minutes of meeting.
  • Prepare regular Compliance updates or reports for the Senior Management and Group.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc projects / tasks assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Job Requirements :

  • Field of studies: Data Science, Computer Science, Actuarial or Information Technology (data analytics background/skillsets preferred)
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language.
