We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager, a regional role covering MY, TH, ID, PH.

Line Of Business to cover: OTA as a platform, Hotels, Flights + Hotels, Events (Sporting & Music), Flybeyond (non-AA flights), Ride, ASEAN Explorer Pass, Activities, Duty Free, Chat, Tagon: Rewards & BigPay

COMMERCIAL LINKED SCOPE

  • Develop commercial understanding towards various focus lines of businesses 

  • Using marketing to drive commercial needs - by involving in business case development, performance-based marketing planning & executions

  • Integrating commercial needs across multiple LOBs to drive more spending efficiency for better business impact

REGION-BASED SCOPE

  • Develop market-specific understanding by tapping into the local commercial team’s expertise

  • Manage local market’s campaign that drives marketing & commercial results

MARKETING-BASED SCOPE

  • Based on commercial & regional base understanding, develop the Campaign marketing strategy for seasonal & always-on tactical

  • Product Marketing - able to develop GTM plans and successfully work with stakeholders and counterparts for planning & execution

  • Drive brand awareness with an integrated marketing plan in line with ready resources at the time 

  • Look into possible gaps in the marketing funnel, and actively look into methods to close leakages 

  • Timely reporting and constant monitoring of marketing & commercial performance 

  • Work as a team with product, payment, partnership teams for campaign setup and testing

  • Familiar with integrated marketing planning & execution from online to offline(ATL, BTL, KOL, Activation, Media management)  - with strong project management skills

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in regional marketing roles, preferably within the OTA, hospitality, or travel sectors

  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies 

  • Strong understanding of various commercial aspects including performance-based marketing, business case development, and market-specific strategies

  • Experience in aligning marketing strategies with commercial objectives to drive spending efficiency and business impact

  • Hands-on experience with product marketing, including Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with local commercial teams and other stakeholders
