Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

• Install, configure, test, and maintain application software

• Management/monitoring tools

• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and applications availability

• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with other colleagues to provide solutions

• Provide 2nd level support for external and local applications.

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

• Rollout and applications troubleshooting

• Tracking and Handling L2 SQL Servers & Application incidents

Requirements:

• 2 years working experience

• Good IT knowledge 

• Create and modify SQL scripts or applications to perform tasks

• Kubernetes and containers (e.g. Docker) experience

Technical Skills:

• Ms SQL Databases working experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Hardware, systems, and networking software

• Cloud –preferably Microsoft Office 365
