Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test, and maintain application software
Management/monitoring tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and applications availability
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with other colleagues to provide solutions
Provide 2nd level support for external and local applications.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Rollout and applications troubleshooting
Tracking and Handling L2 SQL Servers & Application incidents

Requirements:
2 years working experience
Good IT knowledge
Create and modify SQL scripts or applications to perform tasks
Kubernetes and containers (e.g. Docker) experience
Technical Skills:
Ms SQL Databases working experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Hardware, systems, and networking software
Cloud –preferably Microsoft Office 365
