This position reports to:
EL Technical & Design Promotion Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.
The Demand Generation Specialist will drive market awareness and create qualified leads for ABB’s Electrification, working in close collaboration with the Sales team and Product Marketing. This role focuses on generating demand through targeted campaigns, customer engagement activities, and strategic partnerships to support sales growth in key segment.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power, Smart Building
Responsibilities to the role
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase pipeline for Electrification products and solutions.
Work closely with Project Sales team to align campaigns with project timelines and customer requirements.
Identify and prioritize target segments and key accounts for lead generation activities.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to attract potential customers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to amplify reach and generate qualified leads.
Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with ABB branding and communication guidelines.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or sales support, preferably in B2B industrial or electrical sectors.
Strong understanding of project sales cycles and customer decision-making processes.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
