Responsibilities:

.1. Leads the project team through each phase of the projects/ECR, main project contact internally after nomination (GR1-GR5)

2. Identify the project requirements correctly (goals, timeline, customer expectations, limitations and constraints, resource)

3. Ensures convergence with project objectives:

a) all project tasks and deliverables remain on track and within budget (RD budget, CAPEX, tooling cost, VA/VE)

b) maintain and control schedule, financials, resources, changes

4. Keeps the balance between the project constraints and deliver customer satisfaction

5. Identifies, assesses and resolves risks proactively, manages the escalation process in order to treat critical project risks with appropriate support

6. Reporting on project status/Gate review

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor/Master degree. Engineering background is preferred

2. Understands and utilizes the following tools:

Teamcenter, MS office, Multi Project Board, Customer project management portal

3. Local language; fluent in English

4. Cross functional leadership and communication, problem solving, time management, ability to motivate others, ability to stay calm under pressure

5. PMP certification is preferred
