Job Summary
• The person filling this role will provide administrative support and assist with varied legal tasks including calendaring, routing documents for signature, communicating with executive level management, record maintenance, budget maintenance and reconciliation, data compilation, report generation, expense reporting, meeting and presentation preparation, etc. The role involves solving predefined issues using established procedures and executing basic technical, administrative, or operational tasks independently and under supervision. The role involves supporting an international team and working in a deadline-driven legal practice with high corporate visibility and confidentiality. The role also entails supporting supervisors in handling external requests and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities
• You will perform general administrative support tasks involved in an organization, and assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees.
• The role's tasks include general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing presentations, and other established general administrative tasks.
• You will solve defined problems using established procedures and help the team you support to create new solutions and improvements to the challenges they face.
• You will assist with signatures, document maintenance, sharepoint creation, and budgetary tasks.

• You will manage executive level calendars, plan team meetings, and assist to ensure priority meetings and conferences are planned and held for optimal attendance.

• You will coordinate travel, worldwide meetings, and communicate with an international group.
• You will support your director to manage external consultants and lawfirms, you will, from time to time, respond to messages in order to ensure effective communication between parties.
• You will assist in creating and implementing new processes, and create, support and conduct trainings in new processes.
• You will stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, policies, and news, and share the same with your team to better assist team members and external parties.
• You will help to ensure the team's compliance with tasks and deliverables, and with company processes and policies, and ensures they align with industry standards.

Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in senior/advanced general administrative support, office services, or a related field.

The pay range for this position is $22 to $26 per hour (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
