This opportunity is based in San Bruno, CA, and requires 5 days a week in the office.
As a Principal UX Designer, you will set the vision for the best experiences and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage the collective creativity. Your work will focus on crafting scalable solutions that balance business goals, technology considerations, and user needs, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall design direction for key programs, You will lead high-impact projects, facilitate design sprints, and ensure your teams have the tools and systems they need to work quickly and with confidence.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position. Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
