We are searching for the best talent for a NA & GCSO Performance Center Senior Manager.
Purpose: The NA & GCSO Performance Center Senior Manager leads the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of monitoring activities within the Performance Center for the North America. This role oversees a team of specialists responsible for conducting risk-based monitoring reviews, identifying potential compliance gaps, and supporting trend analysis across transactional and behavioral data.
In addition, the role is accountable for the execution of compliance training programs within North America IM, ensuring effective delivery, consistency, and adoption of required compliance trainings across relevant audiences in the region.
The Senior Manager ensures that monitoring activities are conducted accurately, consistently, and in alignment with global and regional compliance expectations. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights that strengthen operational compliance and support proactive risk mitigation, while serving as the direct team lead for Monitoring & Trending operations within the PC.
