WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will partner cross functionally with Assortment Planning, Merchandising Planning, Commercial Planning, Location Planning, Merchandising, Market Place Operations and Brand teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Allocation Planner to deliver Consumer x FOP driven plans to achieve channel financial targets including Revenue, Margin, Inventory, and Profitability through optimizing seasonal, monthly and weekly flow to maximize in-stock rates and mitigate lost demand. 

  • Ability to concisely present complex information/recommendations in meaningful terms to various audiences

  • A deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively.

  • Demonstrated experience in allocation planning and understanding of financial, product and inventory planning

  • Strong understanding of merchandise, consumer, and FOP as it relates to Nike Direct strategy

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Set seasonal flow plan and allocation plan based on seasonal initiatives, key consumer priorities, door level strategy, and revenue drivers.

  • Develop style/color/size level load-in and replenishment for all doors.  Monitor store performance weekly and adjust allocation units as needed performance vs plan va’riance

  • Partner w/ x-functional partners to identify opportunities and execute in-season x-channel trade activities to maximize full-price sales

  • Maintain and balance healthy inventory levels w/ optimal Weeks of Supply (WOS) for key consumer x FOP x channel across the fleet

  • Influence Assortment Planning team on size curve opportunities during pre-season order entry

  • Supports timely and accurate execution in support of New Store Openings

  • Partner with the Merchandise Planner and Merchandising to prioritize allocation of essential and seasonal product across channels.
