Position Summary

Work within the Foundry Customer Quality Team to work with the company’s customers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality goals are achieved, including collaborating on continuous improvement projects and resolution of quality issues. Compile and deliver regular customer quality updates including facilitating request from customers for onsite meeting and audits. Support alignment of organizational business practices with industry quality standards and customer quality agreements/expectations. Review customer quality scorecards and work with internal business units to implement continuous improvement actions that enhance quality performance. Communicate and work with customers and internal stakeholders on quality issues to disposition material and develop/share corrective and preventative actions that reduce/eliminate reoccurrence risk. Administer Process Change Notification (PCN) business process between internal teams and customers. (Multiple Openings)
Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
1. Utilizing data mining to identify abnormal signals from inline measurement, defect scan, and electrical test, and improving process stability or fixing special causes that could result in product performance degradation; 2. Applying statistical analysis to monitor product inline and electrical process capability, generating Cp/Cpk reports, and working with cross-functional teams to provide CIP to customers; 3. Applying design of experiments (DOE) in process change management to find best device/process conditions that maximize product performance that meet customer needs; 4. Using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess risks in processes and define effective control plan for risk mitigation; 5. Communicating FMEA methodology to customers in quality management processes (e.g., PCN, MRB, or 8D); 6. Working cross-functionally to address customer complaints and field returns, effectively applying 3x5 whys, PDCA, and Fishbone through 8D process and communicating 8D report to customers; and 7. Preparing PPAP for automotive customers and understanding every element including Control Plans, MSA, and CSRs.
The current base salary range for this role is between $119,318.29 to $139,318.29. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
