The Private Client Operations Associate plays a crucial role in facilitating the vision of the Private Operations Team. This multifaceted position encompasses critical aspects such as account opening, account maintenance, cash processing, security transfers, record retention, and alternative processing. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating Team Vision: Supports the Private Operations Team's vision by handling various critical tasks, including focus areas in account opening, account maintenance, cash processing, security transfers, record retention, and alternative processing. 
  • Demonstrating Expertise: Exhibits comprehensive knowledge in the assigned area(s), ensuring a high level of proficiency and accuracy in all tasks. 
  • Task Ownership: Assumes full responsibility for assigned work, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and punctuality, including but not limited to emails and workflows. 
  • Independent Production: Manages production work with added complexity autonomously, requiring minimal guidance from seniors, specialists, or managers. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seeks out and identifies gaps and opportunities for enhancement in resources, processes, and technology. 
  • Communication: Consistently keeps the manager informed about individual progress, capacity, and potential challenges. 
  • Time Allocation: Allocates 80% of the time to production in assigned workflow tasks, 10% to managing emails and other inquiries, 5% to training and reviewing materials, and 5% to participating in meetings.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $71,425-$114,280

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
