About the team:
The Replenishment and Inventory Solutions team focuses on maintaining optimal product availability across channels by leveraging data analysis and inventory planning expertise. This team collaborates closely with suppliers, merchants, and internal partners to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and resolve supply chain challenges. Utilizing advanced replenishment tools and reporting systems, the team drives continuous improvements in inventory health and operational efficiency. Their efforts support category growth and enhance the customer experience by ensuring timely product replenishment and alignment with promotional and channel strategies.
What you'll do: - Execute forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability and support sales objectives.
- Build and maintain launch forecasts for new items, aligning flows with modular timing.
- Partner with suppliers to track purchase orders, monitor flow plans, and provide data-driven insights on potential disruptions.
- Analyze inventory data to support allocation decisions and recommend solutions for limited availability.
- Conduct root cause analysis on stock issues and develop reports to track progress and highlight gaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve inventory health and network efficiency through data analysis.
- Support seasonal, promotional, and end-of-life inventory planning activities.
- Identify process improvements and support adoption of best practices in replenishment and inventory management.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment analysis to support product availability and sales goals.
- Strong skills in data analysis, demand analysis, and supply chain analysis to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, operations, and sourcing teams to align inventory strategies.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop reports to address stock issues and improve inventory health.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools and technology to monitor inventory flow, supplier performance, and system data.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization within inventory and replenishment functions.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
