Job Description Summary:

As a member of our dynamic team and Pharmacy service line, this position will have an opportunity to impact the future of pharmacy services and improve care for the communities we serve at OhioHealth. This position assists with the planning, implementation and support of operational and clinical initiatives for sterile and nonsterile compounding and all related activities. Direct involvement in regulatory, compliance, quality, and safety initiatives and collaboration with system pharmacy leaders and team members is required. The individual in this role will serve as the "Designated Person", as defined by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), for compounded sterile and nonsterile preparations at OhioHealth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)RPH - Registered Pharmacist - Board of Pharmacy SpecialtiesBoard of Pharmacy SpecialtiesBoard of Pharmacy Specialties

Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio; Advanced degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of business, and/or clinical pharmacy health care environment trends; 5 years' experience practicing as a pharmacist.
