1. Drive Marketplace GMV for Tier 2 sellers (KAM 2s manage Tier 1 sellers) to hit our business targets.
2. Analyze weekly reports to influence decision making.
3. Work cross-functionally with associates across the Ecommerce business such as Site Experience, Marketing, MP Operations, Business Development and Merchandising.
4. Triage and manage Partner support escalations maintaining trust and enabling Seller success.
5. Decide top items to surface in our various Marketing tools and work with business partners to execute.
6. Develop and manage tactical action plan for site improvements to improve conversion rate.
7. Act as an escalation point for all customer inquries/requests and work with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience on Walmart.ca.
8. Onboard new seller partners to drive growth.
Qualifications
1-2 years of retail related work experience required
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Excellent time and project management skills
General business knowledge is an asset Strong analytical and quantitative skills is an asset
Experience working with Salesforce is an asset Experience in Retail Merchandising, Product Marketing, or e-Commerce is an asset
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is an asset
