Job Description

They will act as the IT Operations leader for the region which they manage reporting to Regional Engineering leader.

The transformation leader will interact with PS functions (e.g.: Cybersecurity leader for OT security, PC&IS for OT applications & infrastructure, Sites/PSC digital champion for portfolio & priorities) and GBS functions (e.g.: Reg. Sector Ops, GBS IT Operations and NetOps team to drive OPEX & Resiliency)

Accountable for the following IT focus areas in the region:

  • Support sites/PSCs on their productivity masterplan definition
  • Define and Align project SOW
  • Developp small application like Power Bi…
  • Test and Qualify digital solution
  • Ensure IT Continuity, IT Compliance, Cybersecurity & Info Security

Work plan will be adapted to the site priorities and will requires technical mastery to execute IT technical work.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Translate business owner URD (User requirement Definition) into SOW (Scope Of Work) for Vendors, Global support team (Global digital team, GBS…) to define the right application. SPOC for Site Digital champion.
  • Technical Mastery Demonstrate technical mastery and critical thinking skills in application design, structure and troubleshooting.
  • Change Management/Implementation: Responsible for implementing and leading IT/OT Change management for 5 sites in the region (review, approve, control quality of execution)
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT/OT operations and work closely with IT Operations Leader & P&G TSP to deliver the agreed Continuous Improvement plan 
  • Stewardship: Performer of IT CSAs and responsible for timely closure of the issues with quality. Support local Audit on all IT topics
  • Governance of Operational partners at site: oversee and collaborate with local/global operational resources that deliver IT operations at site

Application & Integration – ability to analyze and resolve integration needs through different application (local/global)

Collaboration/Vendor /Partner Management - Ability to work effectively in a highly matrix organization where boundaries are sometimes unclear.  Works well across teams functions, and organizations and is seen by others as a strong team player. 

IT/OT Infrastructure Subject Matter Expertise – Good understanding of IT infrastructure with a strong desire to improve an expertise that is now recognized as a critical skill in the new IT career model. This includes NT servers, Networking, Firewalls, Voice, Mobility and Personal Computing.

Leadership: Ability to work effectively in a 'start‐up' type environment. This role will play a big part in defining, fine tuning application to get its best productivity identifying the work processes and business processes .

Project Management – Ability to successfully deliver projects End to End.

IT Security & Risk – awareness of cybersecurity requirement and support local cybersecurity team into the remediation plan

Basic in IT stewardship requirement and controls.
