Job Description:

SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

The preferred location for this position is Mahwah, NJ but will consider candidates in Parsippany, NJ.

Job Summary
This position ties technology to our business needs to determine how new solutions and industry changes will affect our business processes and systems. The ideal candidate performs analysis to ensure we maximize the positive impact across the business, documents what needs to be built and certifies the resulting product with our business partners. This position enables the organization to achieve its goals and brings value to our teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Serves as liaison between our Business Development, Development and Quality Assurance teams.
• Contributes to the identification of solutions, elicitation and development of business requirements / user stories that meet the needs of the business in a date driven business and application development environment.
• Mentors and develops BSAs on business analysis process knowledge and skill set

Qualifications:

• Highly experienced in Requirements elicitation and documentation analysis
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Service Cloud is a plus
• Willing to take additional training while meeting project deliverables
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Computer Science or related field - Preferred

• This job is a grade 20G

• Work Location:  Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,760.00/year to $160,500.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
