Commercial Solutions Manager
At Red Bull Racing, performance is everything, on track and off it. The Commercial Solutions Manager plays a key role in enabling our Commercial Team to stay fully focused on building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering world class partnerships.
Purpose:
Sitting within the newly created Commercial Operations vertical, this role takes ownership of developing high impact proposals, presentations, strategic narratives, and commercial materials that equip our Commercial Team to operate at the highest level. You will translate ideas, data, and technical insight into compelling, brand authentic assets that help bring our partnerships to life.
This role contributes directly to the accuracy, pace, and precision with which deals are positioned, maximising the value of every opportunity and ensuring full alignment to our evolving Commercial strategy.
Accountabilities:
Proposal and Pitch Material Development
Create polished, compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial tools for the Commercial Team to deliver to partners and prospects.
Turn complex concepts into clear, impactful storytelling that reflects Red Bull Racing’s brand, performance mindset, and competitive edge.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and a premium standard across all commercial materials.
Commercial Strategy & Narrative Creation
Collaborate with Commercial Leads to develop partnership narratives, value propositions, and go to market positioning.
Build structured materials that help articulate the power of our technology, innovation, performance culture, and partnership ecosystem.
Design & Visual Communication Oversight
Work with internal and external design resources to ensure all materials are visually outstanding, on brand, and reflective of Red Bull Racing’s identity.
Maintain and develop templates, visual assets, and repeatable formats to enhance speed and quality.
Commercial Enablement
Provide the Commercial Team with a suite of ready to use, high quality assets for pitches, partner meetings, and deal progression.
Continuously evolve commercial documentation, frameworks, and templates to ensure best in class delivery.
Keep all materials aligned with the latest product updates, commercial positioning, and team developments.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Communications, and other teams to gather insight, content, and data.
Become a central hub for translating internal expertise into externally facing commercial outputs.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from the Commercial Team to refine and enhance materials.
Ensure commercial outputs contribute to improved win rates, stronger partner engagement, and measurable value creation.
Progressive use and identification of new technology, tools, platforms to enhance presentations and efficiency would be considered as part of the role
Essential Competencies:
Background in commercial solutions, sales enablement, bid management, strategic communications, or business development support.
Exceptional ability to craft engaging presentations, proposals, and commercial narratives.
Excellent written communication and storytelling capability.
High level of attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into simple, compelling formats.
Strong project management skills with the ability to operate at pace.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and visual presentation tools.
Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement platforms.
