Job Description:

The Continuous Improvement team plays a pivotal role in Intermountain Health’s mission by implementing and sustaining the Intermountain Operating Model. The Continuous Improvement Staff Consultant will collaborate with teams to visualize performance, improve processes, solve problems, and share best practices. This role manages many tasks in a complex environment including coaching leaders, training caregivers, and facilitating projects to deliver results. The Continuous Improvement staff level consultant is for an experienced individual with demonstrated application of a wide variety of continuous improvement tools to drive improvements and solve problems. This position is a trusted member of many complex projects and interacts closely with many leaders in the organization. The staff consultant has experience using many different improvement tools to reduce waste, improve workflows, and increase productivity. The staff consultant will work closely with senior consultants and organizational leaders to prioritize improvement projects and complete tasks.Work Schedule
