HP Studio is a content and production led internal agency that acts as the engine that produces and distributes high quality global product & performance led content. We enable marketing initiatives by delivering lower funnel product assets (at scale) – seamless process, cost effective, agile, VIS ID aligned & of high quality.
About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join the HP Studio team. The Operations Manager will oversee the management of external resource planning, monitor project processes, timelines, and costs to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. They will have responsibility of ensuring we have the right tools and systems integrated and deployed to enable the success of our brand, pm and design teams. The operations manager will lead a small team that drives data management, reporting and centralized knowledge sharing. This role requires excellent leadership and management skills to inspire and guide the team in delivering the best solutions to our stakeholders.

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in direct marketing, communications, or a related field.
