Job Description

  • Manage insurance relationships and maximize insurance coverage.

  • Work closely with the sales organization and support business development.

  • Review and release pending sales orders.

  • Review new and existing accounts’ credit analysis information to assess customer status and recommend appropriate credit limits.

  • Conduct customer visits to gain deeper knowledge of accounts for financial reviews, relationship building, and overall risk assessment.

  • Develop, build, update, maintain, and troubleshoot internal credit tools (e.g. risk models, projection models, customer credit scoring tools).

  • Analyze, assess, and report on the risk of potential new and existing accounts.

  • Review customer account information to identify opportunities for credit line increases and to flag potential risks.

  • Review unresolved customer credit issues and collaborate with sales teams to resolve them.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Economics

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Credit Manager in an international environment or solid experience as a Credit Analyst, ready to step into a Credit Manager role.

  • Strong ability to read and analyze company balance sheets and assess related financial risks.

Daily / Monthly Activities

  • Evaluate order releases.

  • Monitor customer credit limits and exposure.

  • Ensure healthy collection levels.

  • Maintain DSO within company-required targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies.

  • Calculate risk provisions on a monthly basis.

  • Monitor SOX credit-related processes.

  • Coordinate with sales departments.

  • Perform AR reviews (monthly / quarterly).
