As the Assistant Manager of Pharmacy Operations, you will supervise the daily operations of the Pharmacy's across Florida, such as ambulatory pharmacy workflow, bedside and same-day surgery delivery, hazardous non-sterile compounding, perpetual medication inventory and clinical services such as vaccinations and MTM. The Assistant Manager of Pharmacy Operations plays a major role in optimizing inventory in the pharmacy to reduce operating expenses and increase profitability.
A caregiver in this position will work primarily day shifts from Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday requirements. Majority of scheduled time will be held at the Florida Research and Innovation Center and will be required to travel across all 5 Florida Cleveland Clinic facilities.
