Process Analyst (IT Process Analysis)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Software Support Assistant to join our dynamic IT team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process for IT goods and services, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to long-range business planning activities. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of purchase requisitions, monitor the receipt of goods and services, reconcile invoices, and manage IT budgets alongside product managers. Additionally, the candidate will focus on streamlining the software purchase process to enhance operational efficiency. 

As an IT Software Support Assistant, you will work alongside product managers within Workplace Solutions to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase requisition and receipt of goods.
 

Position Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the creation and submission of purchase requisitions for IT goods and services. 
• Monitor the receipt of goods and services to ensure timely delivery and compliance with purchase orders. 
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. 
• Collaborate with product managers to manage IT budgets, tracking expenditures and forecasting future needs. 
• Partner with Indirect Support Chain Procurement agents as well as Finance Center of Excellence to ensure expedited processing 
• Contribute to long-range business planning activities by providing data and insights related to IT procurement. 
• Streamline the software purchase process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. 
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and assist in reporting as needed. 
• Support the IT team in various administrative tasks and projects as assigned. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
• Familiarity with procurement processes and budgeting is a plus. 
• Basic understanding of IT products and services. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Work Authorization:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Poland.
