What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate clinical aspects of multiple ongoing projects under the direction of the Director, Clinical Science
Assist in developing and implementing project-specific procedures for managing clinical deliverables
Collaborate with Clinical Science team members and cross-functional study teams
Support rater training and qualification activities
Liaise with sponsors, sites, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely deliverables
Attend internal and external project meetings
Track study-level metrics, including queries and remediation timelines
Facilitate rater remediation and coordinate resources for external meetings
Contribute to development of work instructions, process guidelines, and SOPs
Perform other duties as assigned
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (graduate degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research; CNS trial experience preferred
Familiarity with clinical rating scales and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multifunctional team
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
