What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate clinical aspects of multiple ongoing projects under the direction of the Director, Clinical Science

  • Assist in developing and implementing project-specific procedures for managing clinical deliverables

  • Collaborate with Clinical Science team members and cross-functional study teams

  • Support rater training and qualification activities

  • Liaise with sponsors, sites, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely deliverables

  • Attend internal and external project meetings

  • Track study-level metrics, including queries and remediation timelines

  • Facilitate rater remediation and coordinate resources for external meetings

  • Contribute to development of work instructions, process guidelines, and SOPs

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (graduate degree preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research; CNS trial experience preferred

  • Familiarity with clinical rating scales and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multifunctional team

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
