OVERVIEW:
The Manager – HR Integration partners with Sr. Managers – Integration to support end-to-end HR integration efforts across HR Workstreams and owns integration efforts aligned to the broader DSG Integration Management Office. This role drives post-close execution of HR processes and systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and synergies through cross-functional coordination, partnering closely with HR Sr. Managers across workstreams to support HR IMO , as well as Strategy, Finance and Business Leaders to ensure a seamless people experience across the enterprise
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Project Manage Integration Efforts
Execute the people integration strategy, including processes, systems, and cross-functional interdependencies.
Support coordination with Integration Management Office and other cross-functional stakeholders to track and address interdependencies.
Serve as the primary liaison between HR and cross-functional integration teams, partnering with the Sr. Managers of Talent and Total Rewards Programs to ensure seamless coordination.
Support communications and updates to executive and board-level stakeholders on integration status and key decisions.
Liaise with external advisors including consultants, HR experts and legal counsel to ensure alignment on HR integration requirements .
Drive resolution of integration-related risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation planning.
Establish integration playbooks, tools, and governance models; track key milestones, risks, and metrics to ensure accountability and transparency.
Support Key Integration Areas
Org Design & Talent Planning: Support organizational design decisions, role alignment, talent assessments, and workforce transition plans to ensure strategic fit and minimal disruption.
Change Management: Support change management needs for Enterprise Integration initiatives, partnering closely with Sr. Manager – Change & Culture, Cross-Functional Integration Leads and DSG Integration Management Office.
Foot Locker Integration Management
Liaise with Foot Locker leaders regularly to ensure successful integration and consistency where identified as part of workstream roadmaps.
Partner closely with Foot Locker Change Management team to drive effective integration efforts that ensure a great teammate experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5-7 years experience with a proven track record in managing large-scale initiatives and experience leading cross-functional teams and complex HR projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Technical Skills: Demonstrated success in change management, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication, knowledge of HR disciplines including org design, talent, compensation, operations, and compliance
Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, strong communication abilities with experience presenting to senior leaders.
Industry Experience: Experience in retail, consumer goods, or complex multi-entity organizations is a plus, ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities to meet critical deadlines.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to see the big picture, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions that connect people strategies to business outcomes in retail, consumer
