A Brief Overview
The Director of Web Technologies is focused on helping to set and implement the strategy for the Stanford Health Care's various Web properties which will include: Management responsibility for all aspects of Web technology within SHC; Managing the Web development team within SHC; Managing relationships with external and/or outsourced providers of services related to the SHC's Web presence; Partnering with business development to help the organization establish/maintain Web and online strategies which support core business objectives; Designing and implementing infrastructure and architecture for technologies supporting the Web and portal presences, including applications, development platforms, content management systems, directories, web services and APIs, databases, etc. This position provides technical leadership, coaching, and vision to a team including, as needed, Web Architects, Web Developers, Web System Administrators, Integration Engineers, Project Managers, and QA/Tester Analysts; Standardizing the development environment and process.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $100.03 - $132.51 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
