Job Overview:
The Sr. Analyst role supports the LPL Productions team by delivering production, engineering, and technical support for audio‑visual infrastructure, live productions, and digital services. This role partners closely with the Infrastructure arm of LPL Productions to provide reliable, high‑quality virtual and in‑room conferencing experiences while managing technical issues to resolution for over 4,000 LPL Financial Home Office users, including executive‑level stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Deliver production, engineering, and technical support for audio‑visual infrastructure, live productions, and digital services supporting internal employees, Advisors, and Investors.
Provide end‑to‑end ownership of audio/video and collaboration technology incidents, requests, and issues, acting as an IT liaison to ensure resolution.
Support virtual and in‑room conferencing experiences across Cisco‑based video conferencing platforms and related collaboration tools.
Respond to technology outages impacting live productions and recordings, restoring service quickly and effectively.
Maintain inventory of live replacement devices to enable immediate equipment swaps when required.
Coordinate and distribute a weekly technology health summary report.
Partner with team members to execute strategic initiatives ensuring staff technology availability and reliability.
Identify opportunities for simplification and automation to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Provide real‑time technical assessments and guidance to in‑room staff and stakeholders during live events.
Collaborate with C‑level executives, Executive Assistants, and Technology Support teams to support executive‑level events and identify innovation opportunities.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For?
As the executive‑facing technology team, this role requires an individual who consistently pursue greatness, act with integrity, is driven to help our clients succeed, win together through collaboration, and create and share joy while delivering reliable, high‑impact audio‑visual and collaboration technology experiences in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
Four years of experience providing technical support in an audio/video environment for large live audiences of 1,000 or more participants.
Four years of experience supporting current video conferencing platforms.
Four years of experience supporting end‑user hardware, software, and related technologies.
Advanced experience with Apple and Windows‑based devices (including macOS, iPhone, iPad, and iOS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Competencies:
Experience with Webex Control Hub, Smartsheet, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Demonstrated excellent customer service experience.
Ability to provide professional service delivery to executive‑level employees.
Organized and communicative.
