General Description:

As a Digital Strategy & Enablement Intern, you will support EU-level digital initiatives across marketing, medical, and commercial teams. You will gain hands-on experience in digital engagement, omnichannel strategy, analytics, and project management, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior team members.

This role provides exposure to real-world digital transformation projects in the pharmaceutical industry, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to initiatives that enhance customer experience, drive data-driven decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Digital Strategy & Omnichannel Support

• Support the planning and execution of digital and omnichannel campaigns integrating online and offline touchpoints
• Assist in aligning digital strategies, campaigns, and messaging across marketing, medical, and sales teams
• Contribute to the analysis of customer journeys to identify opportunities for improved engagement and channel integration

Analytics & Insights

• Analyse digital performance data and prepare clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Support the creation of new reports and the maintenance of existing dashboards
• Assist in tracking KPIs and campaign performance across digital channels

Campaign & Platform Support

• Assist with the planning and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) email campaigns, paid search, and other digital initiatives
• Gain exposure to key digital tools, platforms, and technologies used in EU digital ecosystems

Project & Process Support

• Support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and ways of working
• Help develop training and enablement materials to support adoption across internal stakeholders

Innovation & Learning

• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices
• Provide input on innovative ideas and approaches that could enhance digital engagement
• Support additional initiatives across the Digital Strategy and Enablement team as needed.

Pay Rates:

Bachelors: $27/hour USD

Masters: $30/hour USD
